Hi, I’m Dr. Hope Williams.
I believe chiropractic care should be grounded in evidence while reflecting each patient’s individual needs, goals, and lifestyle. I earned my Bachelor of Health Sciences from the University of Western Ontario before completing my Doctor of Chiropractic degree at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College, graduating Summa Cum Laude.
I work with people of all ages and activity levels, whether you’re dealing with an injury, trying to stay active, or simply looking to move and feel better. I treat pain and injuries involving the spine and extremities, as well as sports-related injuries and osteoarthritis, with the goal to support overall health and well-being. I also have a special interest in women’s health, including pregnancy and postpartum care, along with pediatric care.
My approach combines hands-on techniques, including spinal and extremity joint manipulative therapy, soft tissue therapy, and joint mobilizations, with individualized exercise and rehabilitation. Treatment is focused not only on helping you feel better, but also on improving movement, building strength, and giving you the tools to stay active and confident long-term.
Having grown up playing hockey, soccer, basketball, and competitive swimming & slalom water skiing, staying active has always been a big part of my life. That background has shaped how I approach care and my passion for helping people feel confident in their bodies and continue doing the things they love.
Outside the clinic, you’ll usually find me hiking, skiing, biking, reading, spending time by the water, or searching for a great cup of coffee.
